Op Ed Calls for Government to 'Do Right Thing' for Dialysis Patients

Emory law professors Paul Zwier, Frank S. Alexander, and John Witte, Jr. explain in an Atlanta Journal-Constitution op ed (December 30, 2009) why local and state government should support kidney dialysis treatment for nondocumented aliens who have End Stage Renal Disease.
Zwier is a CSLR associated faculty member, Alexander is founding and co-director; Witte is director.
