Michael J. Broyde has published an article "Playground Resurfacing and Religious Arbitration are Very Similar Activities: Trinity Lutheran Church as Applied to Religious Arbitration" in the Summer 2017 edition of Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. The article discusses the application of the Supreme Court's decision in Trinity Lutheran Church to the field of religious arbitration, which is the subject of Broyde's recent book, Sharia Tribunals, Rabbinical Courts, and Christian Panels: Religious Arbitration in America and the West (Oxford University Press, 2017).
