    Donald Kerwin is Senior Research Associate, Keough School of Global Affairs, University of Notre Dame. Kerwin has held leadership positions in the Catholic Legal Immigration Network Inc. (CLINIC), the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), and the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS). He has also served on many boards, special commissions, and advisory groups. He served as a fellow with the Woodstock Theological Center and senior fellow with MPI. Mr. Kerwin writes and speaks extensively on international migration, refugee protection, US immigration law, and human rights. He is the founder and editor in chief of the Journal on Migration and Human Security.
