Hee Eun Lee, Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Law at Handong International Law School in South Korea, joins CSLR this fall as a Visiting Fellow. His teaching and research focus on public and private international law, contracts, and international human rights, and he hopes to deepen understanding of the relationship between international law and international relations from a Reformed Christian perspective.
Sara Toering, a distinguished 2006 CSLR alumna, is a Visiting Senior Fellow, working with CSLR Founding Director Frank S. Alexander on creative policy and legislative initiatives to deal with the nation's housing, foreclosure, and vacant land crisis. She also has been active in litigating cases for Guantanamo Bay detainees.
Returning to CSLR this fall are Andrea Pin and Robert Castellani. Pin, professor of constitutional law and public comparative law at the University of Padua in Italy, is teaching "Human Rights in Comparative Perspective: European and American Views of Freedoms of Religion, Speech, and Privacy" at Emory Law. Castellani, a 1966 distinguished Emory Law alumnus and long time trial judge in Georgia, continues as Spruill Family Senior Fellow in Law and Religion.
